Using this website or placing an order confirms your acceptance of these terms. These terms override any other terms submitted with your order, even if signed or acknowledged by us.

Contact and Marketing
By placing an order with Vaʻa Mana, you agree that we may add your contact details to our customer database. From time to time, we may send you updates about new gear or special offers. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in our emails or by contacting us at support@vaamana.com.
Refund Policy
We want you to love your gear.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you’re covered by our 14-day return policy. You can receive a full in-store credit or exchange (excluding postage) if:
- Items are returned in new condition with original tags or packaging (unless faulty).
- Faulty items will be assessed according to the manufacturer’s warranty.
Please note, due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on underwear.
We recommend using registered post for returns, as we can’t accept responsibility for lost parcels.
Warranty
We stand by the quality of our products. All new paddles, craft, clothing and accessories are covered by manufacturer warranties for faults in workmanship or materials.
Please note: these warranties are provided by the manufacturers, not directly by Vaʻa Mana.
Liability
Vaʻa Mana is not liable for any direct or indirect losses from the use of this website or any linked sites.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends or if otherwise notified). Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may happen due to courier service, stock availability, or external factors.
- Paddles and large accessories are shipped via courier and require a signature on delivery.
- Please inspect your paddle before signing. If damage is found after signing, we cannot accept responsibility.
Ensure your delivery address is entered correctly—we can’t be held responsible for errors.
Team Orders
Team orders must be submitted by a designated contact person and paid for in one transaction (not split between team members).
Order Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it’s been packed or dispatched. If your order has already shipped or includes special-order items, cancellation may not be possible or may incur a fee.
Payment Terms
Unless agreed otherwise, payment is required upfront. Late payments will be followed up once before incurring a 6% admin fee.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal details you share with Vaʻa Mana are kept secure and never sold or shared with third parties.
We do not store credit card details. All payments are processed securely via our banking partner’s gateway.
