Shipping Info

Items are normally dispatched with 48 hours of confirmation of your payment.We determine the most efficient shipping carrier depending on the size and weight of your order.The carriers that may be used are: Australia Post, Star Track, or Allied Express.If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

Credit card authorisation and verification must be received prior to processing.
Australia Post and Couriers only pick up and deliver Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Warranty

Thank you for sharing the refund and returns policy of Va'a Mana. Here's a summary of the policy:

Customers have 14 days from the time they receive the goods to request a refund if they are not satisfied with their purchase.
To request a refund, customers need to email outrigger@vaamana.com.• The refund policy does not apply to goods that have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way.
Products must be returned in their original condition.
The buyer is responsible for all postage and insurance costs associated with returning the product.
Va'a Mana recommends that customers use Registered post and pre-pay all postage and insure the shipment to avoid the risk of lost, stolen, or damaged goods.• Va'a Mana will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if the customer chooses not to insure.
